Architecture DM Ltd (ADM) is an architectural design and drafting company with offices in Nelson, Christchurch, Northland, Wellington, Auckland and Queenstown, and a nation-wide client base. This innovative architectural design company was started by Dave McLeod in Nelson in 2004, with the other branches opening in 2006. The company is employed and experienced in a range of projects from renovations and small residential and commercial projects to multi-million dollar homes and large-scale commercial and industrial developments. Architecture DM has steadily grown its reputation and client base to the point that it now employs five full-time designers and five full-time staff members plus numerous contract staff.
All staff use Autodesk Revit - a state-of-the-art, computerized drafting and 3D modeling package - to its full capacity to achieve a high level of accuracy and presentation, with a fast turn around time. This technology greatly clarifies and facilitates the design process by enabling clients to view full colour, 3D renders of their project from any angle. Once you have a site and are ready for the next stage we have an initial meeting to establish a clear brief of what you want to achieve, taking into account your budgets, style of building, size etc. from here they will prepare the first design concept. The basic design package will consist of Site Plans, Floor Plans, Elevations, 3d views.
