They have many years experience both in the refurbishment of listed buildings and the implementation of new build developments on redundant or brownfield sites.As part of our overall philosophy, we aim to make informed, environmentally aware choices not only in the running of their business, but also in the creation of sustainable buildings And communities.The restoration and sensitive conversion of this important 1940s Grade II Listed building, by Thomas Wallis, received support from the English Heritage, the 20th Century Society and the London Borough of Hounslow.The building has been retained with selected demolition to the rear, the re-instatement of the external fabric together with, high quality, multi-paned metal windows and new landscaped courtyards to the rear.
