ATLAS Landscape Architecture
ATLAS Landscape Architecture is a design firm based in Portland, Oregon specializing in the development and design of a variety of project types, including; athletic and recreational facilities, urban redevelopment and parks and open space. Construction budgets for projects on which ATLAS served as prime consultant have ranged up to $4 million. The firm was established by the three partners, Gill Williams, Nicholas Wilson and John Warner in 1997, and includes two additional design professionals plus support personnel. All of the design professionals have extensive project experience throughout the Pacific Northwest, California and Arizona.
Every artistic expression has its genesis in the imagination of the artist. The work of art is to cultivate the inspiration and bring it to life for others to enjoy. They are artists who create places. Our canvas is the landscape. Our media are living things, natural, and everyday things. They paint with the amazing variety of colors and textures we find in nature. Even after they are done, their work continues to change and grow into something new.
