Leatham-Krohn-Van Ocker, Architects
Leatham-Krohn-Van Ocker, Architects was established as a professional partnership in 1975 by Darrell Leatham and Kent Krohn, building on a practice that Darrell Leatham, now semi-retired, began in the 1960s. Amber Van Ocker joined the firm in 1993 and became a partner in 2000. Scott Marshall joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2005. The current partners combined professional experience totals over 55 years as principals and associate architects with Boise area architectural firms. During the 40 year history of Leatham-Krohn-Van Ocker, the principals have maintained a recognized practice of commercial and institutional architecture and have successfully undertaken projects with construction costs as high as twenty five million dollars.
Leatham-Krohn-Van Ocker Architecs’ philosophy of practice is the reason for its continued stability through the years and for its ability to maintain repeat clients in a very competitive environment. This philosophy of practice can be summarized as follows: Every project, regardless of type, size, or cost, is deserving of the best efforts of Leatham-Krohn-Van Ocker Architects. The firm recognizes that smaller remodel, renovation, and maintenance projects are of critical importance to their clients and believes that the degree of professional care expended for such work is just as vital as for larger, more visible projects. LKV Architects offers a full range of architectural services for a wide array of project types and construction delivery methods.
