Tom Wilcox specializes in residential and small commercial projects in all areas of greater Cincinnati including Anderson, Hyde Park, Indian Hill, Mariemont, Mt. Lookout and Northern Kentucky. Tom has extensive experience with new construction, additions, renovation and historic preservation projects. Wilcox Architecture specializes in residential and commercial design and constructionnew buildings, additions, and renovations.
Tom Wilcox personally handles each project from start to completion, maintaining close personal contact with clients and providing high quality design. Wilcox Architecture is located in the Village of Mariemont in Cincinnati, Ohio. Architectural Services Creating construction documents from the final design. Procurement of building permits and assistance with the bidding process are also common tasks handled in this phase. Construction Observation Services Tom makes himself extremely available during construction, for both the owner and contractor. Construction Services Occasionally Tom will serve as the construction manager, essentially guiding the project from conception through occupancy.
